Major Objectives

To safeguard the interests of the RHD engineers and endeavor for improvement of the conditions of employment.

To promote efficiency in engineering practice and profession.

To establish the code of professional ethics and conduct for the RHD engineers.

To further the interest of engineering profession as a whole and help in dissemination of knowledge for betterment of mankind

To promote just and honorable dealing, mutual respect and understanding amongst the RHD engineers.

To promote social welfare and cultural activities of the member engineers.

Major Activities

To hold frequent meetings to discuss and exchange views on professional subjects and arrange for study tours of technical works for training and furthering knowledge.

To present the collective and/or individual grievances of its members on constitutional lines and seek redress thereof.

To publish journals/technical papers to express and disseminate knowledge on professional matters as well as publicize activities of the association.

To cooperate with other organizations in matters concerning engineering profession and common interest.

4

To extend sympathy and/or financial assistance to a member in distressed or to the family of any member in the event of a member's death or incapacitated for active life.

5

To promote games and cultural activities amongst the RHD engineers.

6

To raise funds for its expenditure by collecting subscriptions from its members.

7

To do all such acts and things as are identical or conducive to the attainment of the objectives of the association.
